Where Are You Heading and What Do You Want?

Phew where do I start, what a week it’s been.

I was lucky enough to fly out to Cyprus for 4 days last week for a business master mind meeting. I was flying alone to stay with people I had never met before to live and work intensively with them for 4 days!

It was great and I met some amazing women and had an amazing time!

Now……when I use the word luck, luck actually had nothing to do with it! You see I had to make a decision, first I had to decide what I wanted, then I had to decide who could help me get it, then I had to decide to overcome all the reasons/obstacles that could prevent me from doing it if I let them.

Did I really want to spend that much money? What would people think? Could I really fly to another country to spend 4 days with people I had never met before by myself? What if I didn’t like them? What if they didn’t like me? Who was going to take care of my family, my dog, my clients and my business when I was away? If I didn’t go would I regret it?

You bet your life I would have!!

If I hadn’t gone I would have missed out on all the amazing experiences I had, I wouldn’t have got to step way out of my comfort zone, I wouldn’t have got to kick fear in the teeth or do Yoga by the pool as the sun came up, eat fabulous food by the sea, go Greek dancing, work by the pool all day in my bikini, work and rest in an amazing villa, drink cocktails at Suite 48, video my new pal pole dancing so she wouldn’t forget when she woke up in the morning ; ) And most of all working for 4 days solid on my business with other like minded people.

I needed this time to get out of my comfort zone and work out where I’m headed in the next few years and how I can help as many women as possible live amazing lives in bodies they love!!

So what about you, where you headed in the next few years? What do you want out of life? What do you have to do to make that happen?

Your life is made up of your days, each day counts! Love your days and you love your life!

But, I hear you say…..

My life sucks – I hate my job – I’m surrounded by negative people – I have no money – I have no support – I’m overweight – I’m unhealthy – I’m unfit – I have no confidence. I could go on but you get the idea!

So what needs to change? Where could you start? What one thing could you do today to get you started? How can you make a difference in your own life?

If you don’t know where you’re going chances are you’ll never get there.

It all starts with a decision to be happy and live an amazing life no matter what, because that’s what you were put on this earth to do, so decide today…where are you headed? What do you want?

Spicy Pinto Soup with Garlic to warm you up now it’s getting chilli

Spicy Pinto Soup with Garlic

Makes 2 servings

Spicy Pinto Soup

• 1 teaspoon coconut oil/olive oil
• 35 grams chopped onion
• 35 grams chopped green bell pepper
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon chilli powder
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper flakes
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 500 ml of vegetable bouillon
• 1 (450 gram) can pinto beans, drained

Add the oil to a medium soup pot over medium high heat and add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté 3 minutes. Add chilli powder and next 8 ingredients, bring to a boil. Stir in half of beans; cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 7 minutes.

Place soup in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth. Return to pan; stir in remaining beans. Cook until thoroughly heated.
