Simple Summer Stir Fry

During the summer months you tend to be a lot busier because the weather is more appealing so you’ll no doubt spend more time outdoors doing more activity.

When you’ve got a lot on the go you don’t want to be stood in the kitchen cooking your evening meal for hours on end, you want a quick and simple recipe that will have you feeling healthy and satisfied.

Try my chicken stir fry recipe which you can rustle up in about 20 minutes.

4 oz chicken diced

¼ cup what free, low-sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp minced ginger

¼ cup sliced onion

1 cup broccoli

¼ cup snap peas

¼ cup water chestnuts

¼ green or red pepper

Season with pepper, hot pepper, garlic


Cook chicken half way, add vegetables and other ingredients, sauté until chicken is fully cooked.

Now you’ve no excuses to eat healthy, quick and cost effective meals.
