Ingredients:
4 oz chicken diced
¼ cup what free, low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp minced ginger
¼ cup sliced onion
1 cup broccoli
¼ cup snap peas
¼ cup water chestnuts
¼ green or red pepper
Season with pepper, hot pepper, garlic
Instructions:
Cook chicken half way, add vegetables and other ingredients, sauté until chicken is fully cooked.
