Full time job, full time house keeper, cook, maid, birthday party and events organiser, mother to perfectly raised kids who never want for anything, including your time and attention, taxi service, and (oh yes there’s an and…..) you have to be in shape, eat well exercise daily and look a million dollars so your man still finds you attractive!

And you try, oh yes you try hard, head down get on with it this is just life right?
You beat yourself up constantly for not having all your shit together, other woman can do it right? You just become more stressed and overwhelmed as the months go on burying your head in food and alcohol numbing everything out until you have the time to sort your shit out. Occasionally you find time to meet up with your girl friend for a coffee or a glass of wine and find yourselves both moaning and complaining about the same things, and that feels a bit better for a while, at least someone else is as miserable as you so it must be normal right!?
I can sugar coat it, like most people do, but the truth is if you want your life to be different and let’s be honest, fucking exceptional, then you’re going to have to change a few things, right? Do something different, right?
Think about it, if nothing changes how will you feel about your body, health, relationships, and life 12 months from now?
