That’s the reason you beat yourself up constantly for not having all your shit together, other woman can do it right? Occasionally you find time to meet up with your girl friend for a coffee or a glass of wine and find yourselves both moaning and complaining about the same things, and that feels a bit better for a while, a least someone else is as miserable as you so it must be normal right!?

I can sugar coat it, like most people do, but the truth is if you want your life to be different and let’s be honest, fucking exceptional, then you’re going to have to change a few things, right? Do something different, right?

I’m going to teach you some things that once learned you can’t ever, EVER forget.

Skills that mean you won’t need motivation, determination or focus to keep going when you get home, because, you will just be, DIFFERENT.And I’m not talking about just drinking a green smoothie every day, followed by a yoga session and daily positive affirmations and life is going to be fucking awesome!

Those things can help for sure BUT if you want real lasting change, the kind that makes you jump out of bed in the morning excited about your live and loving yourself, then there is way more to it that that!
