You need to exercise regularly just to stay basically fit just like your grandparents stayed basically fit without doing any real strenuous exercise. That’s a real bummer but it is the truth.
The other reason the previous generations were more active, slimmer and healthier is because they had strong will, determination and a positive attitude.
